In this application note, we present an automated iPSC culture and passaging protocol that was developed to alleviate the limitations that come with labor-intensive workflows. Developed on the new CellXpress.ai™ Automated Cell Culture System, this method provides hands-free management of demanding feeding and passaging schedules by monitoring the development of cell cultures with periodic imaging and analysis. Machine learning was used to initiate passaging and to detect cell differentiation.
