Organoids show great promise in disease modeling and drug screening since they better resemble tissue structure and functionality but organoids can also be difficult to work with.
To alleviate some of the issues that come with 3D biology, we developed a fully automated workflow for several commonly used organoid protocols. One of which we feature here and includes the culture of 3D organoids in matrix domes using the new CellXpress.ai Automated Cell Culture System to increase throughput and reproducibility.
