Mary Duseau

Président

Mary a rejoint MOLECULAR DEVICES avec plus de 25 années d’expérience sur le marché des sciences de la vie, ayant occupé des postes de responsabilité croissante dans les ventes, le marketing et la gestion commerciale.

Avant de rejoindre MOLECULAR DEVICES, elle a été vice-présidente principale, Gestion commerciale chez Leica Biosystems, une entreprise du groupe Danaher. Avant d’intégrer Danaher, Mary était PDG et présidente de Roka Bioscience et, auparavant, vice-présidente principale, Ventes chez Andor Technologies et vice-présidente mondiale, Ventes et Marketing chez PerkinElmer. Chez PerkinElmer, elle a en outre occupé le poste de responsable d’unité commerciale, Imagerie et détection, axé sur le marché de la découverte et du développement de médicaments.

Elle est titulaire d’une licence en biochimie de l’Université du Massachusetts.

Jaison Battle

Vice-président, Directeur financier

En tant que Directeur financier, Jaison supervise toutes les fonctions financières de l’entreprise. Jaison a rejoint Molecular Devices en janvier 2022, apportant une expérience de près de 20 ans dans la direction financière mondiale d’entreprises de fabrication et de produits de consommation.

Avant de rejoindre MOLECULAR DEVICES, Jaison a été vice-président et directeur financier chez DESTACO, une société d’exploitation de Dover Corporation, fabricant mondial de solutions de serrage et d’automatisation haute performance, où il a supervisé les fonctions financières et informatiques de l’entreprise. Avant cela, Jaison a occupé des postes de direction financière, opérationnelle et régionale chez Rockwell Automation et Harley-Davidson. Jaison a commencé sa carrière dans l’expertise comptable en tant qu’auditeur chez Ernst & Young (« EY »).

Jaison est expert-comptable et titulaire d’une maîtrise en comptabilité et en administration des affaires de la McIntyre School of Commerce de l’université de Virginie et de la Harvard Business School. Il est titulaire d’une licence en administration des affaires du Whittier College.

David Micha

Vice-président, Commercial

David Micha a obtenu le poste de Vice-président chez Global Danaher Business Systems en mai 2020. Il a rejoint Molecular Devices en 2002 à un poste de vente et a fourni des solutions aux chercheurs dans tout le portefeuille des sciences de la vie de l’entreprise. David est passé au service Gestion des ventes en 2010, évoluant à plusieurs postes de leadership avec une responsabilité de plus en plus importante pour l’Amérique du Nord. Aussi, en 2010, David est devenu le premier dirigeant DBS centré sur le commerce de Molecular Devices. Dans cet aspect de son poste, il s’est axé sur la mise en oeuvre de la gestion en entonnoir, de la gestion visuelle et de la résolution des problèmes commerciaux dans les structures de vente en Amérique du Nord et en Europe. En 2015, David est devenu le premier dirigeant des opérations commerciales de Molecular Devices et a formé une équipe pour stimuler la croissance du marché en améliorant continuellement les processus de vente et de marketing.

Avant de rejoindre Molecular Devices, David a travaillé chez MWG Biotech et Marsh BioProducts. Il a également occupé des postes de recherche à l’Université de Rochester et à la fondation Guthrie Research Foundation. David possède une licence en biologie cellulaire et développementale, obtenue à l’Université de Rochester (NY) (États-Unis). Il est également diplômé de l’American Management Association’s Operation Enterprise et du programme Danaher’s Maximizing Leadership Potential.

Daniel Kang

General Counsel, Phenomenex & Molecular Devices

Daniel Kang has served as General Counsel of Molecular Devices, Phenomenex, and IDBS since avril 2024 where he is responsible for overseeing legal affairs, providing guidance on corporate governance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance within the organizations. Daniel joined Phenomenex in janvier 2013 as legal counsel and was a critical member of the leadership team of Phenomenex in its preparation for its acquisition by Danaher in novembre 2016. Thereafter, he led the legal and compliance workstream for Phenomenex in its transition to Danaher.

Prior to Danaher, he worked at a boutique firm specializing in representing Asian companies in the United States, focusing on corporate matters and civil litigation.

Daniel has a BA in Politics from Occidental College and a JD from Chicago Kent College of Law.

Celeste Glazer

Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Management

Celeste Glazer, Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Management, is a key member of Molecular Devices’ executive leadership team. With over 20 years of experience in life sciences, Celeste leads global marketing and product management departments to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, launch new solutions, and leverage digital channels that create significant market opportunities. Rooted in a deep industry understanding, Celeste builds effective cross-functional teams and fosters collaboration with sales, R&D, and support to meet customer needs and drive business success.

Prior to her current role, Celeste held various senior positions at Molecular Devices, including Senior Director of Global Marketing and Senior Manager & Product Manager for microplate readers. Her background also includes marketing, product management, and scientific positions at Labcyte Inc. and FUJIFILM Wako Diagnostics U.S.A. Corporation. She holds a master’s degree in biology from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Santa Clara University, has authored numerous published scientific articles, and is a co-inventor on a U.S. Patent for Continuous and Non-Continuous Flow Bioreactor.

Dan Green

Vice-président, Recherche et Développement

Dan a été nommé Vice-président du service R&D en juin 2020. Il a précédemment été Directeur principal du service R&D bio-imagerie à partir de septembre 2018 et Directeur principal du service Logiciels à partir d’avril 2015. Il travaille chez Molecular Devices et ses entreprises antérieures depuis 1988 Il avait alors rejoint Universal Imaging Corporation en tant que développeur de logiciels. Depuis, il a occupé divers postes techniques et de direction avec des responsabilités croissantes. Dan possède une maîtrise en sciences informatiques, obtenue à l’Université de l’Illinois à Urbana-Champaign (États-Unis), ainsi qu’une licence de l’Université Cornell, Ithaca NY (États-Unis)

Krishnapal Solanki

Vice president, DBS

En tant que vice-président, DBS, Krishnapal supervise tous les efforts d’amélioration continue à l’échelle mondiale dans toutes les fonctions. Krishnapal a rejoint MOLECULAR DEVICES en novembre 2021 avec plus de 13 années d’expérience à la direction de diverses fonctions au sein de 3 sociétés d’exploitation différentes du groupe Danaher.

Le parcours de Krishnapal chez Danaher a commencé en tant que client (recherche en sciences de la vie) ; il a ensuite intégré Danaher chez Leica Microsystems en tant que principal technicien de service sur le terrain et a occupé divers postes progressifs, tels que superviseur régional des opérations de service sur le terrain, responsable de la croissance pour les Amériques, responsable principal des ventes et du marketing chez Cepheid et, plus récemment, directeur de l’innovation DBS chez MOLECULAR DEVICES. Krishnapal est compétent et certifié dans les outils d’amélioration des processus de Danaher, tels que DM/VM, la gestion de l’entonnoir et PSP, et a facilité et dirigé des ateliers Kaizen pour des équipes transversales dans diverses filiales de Danaher. Son expertise professionnelle inclut l’installation et l’entretien des 3 moteurs DBS (commercial, innovation et service) pour stimuler la croissance de toute l’organisation. Krishnapal est également impliqué dans les activités relatives à la diversité, l’équité et l’inclusion et a été responsable de l’engagement des membres chez Asian Descent + Friends ARG chez Danaher depuis 2021-2022.

Krishnapal est titulaire d’un Master en sciences, d’un diplôme en ingénierie biomédicale, obtenu à l’UT Arlington et au SW Medical Center de Dallas. Il est titulaire d’une licence en ingénierie biomédicale qu’il a obtenue en Inde.

Lakshmi Sailaja Eleswarapu

Vice President, IT

As Vice President of IT for SCIEX, Molecular Devices, and Danaher Life Sciences, Lakshmi Eleswarapu champions global IT strategy, fostering technological innovation and organizational excellence. Her role extends to supporting the Danaher Life Sciences Innovation Group (LSIG) commercial team and contributing to the L1 team at Molecular Devices. Her tenure includes significant achievements in business transformation, M&A IT integrations, and diversity initiatives. Lakshmi's career spans 26 years in IT, with the last 16 years dedicated to Danaher, positioning her to drive future innovation and growth.

Lakshmi holds a Bachelor’s in Mathematics with Honors from SSSIHL University (India) and a Master’s in Computer Applications from Osmania University (India).

Jason Liebhauser

Vice President of Human Resources

Jason Liebhauser, Vice President of Human Resources, leads the strategic direction of HR management and advancement of the company's organizational capabilities. Previously, as Senior Director of Human Resources at Leica Biosystems, he supported the Global Commercial team and reshaped an organization of over 1 300 associates. Since joining Danaher in 2014, Jason has held various HR roles with increasing responsibility, providing support across multiple operating companies and platforms. He is an Advanced Certified Practitioner in Coaching Essentials and Speed of Trust, a Certified Practitioner in Change Management, and holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and an MBA. Jason is also a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Ray Li

Vice President of Global Operations

Ray Li, Vice President of Global Operations, brings nearly 18 years of invaluable experience to Molecular Devices. Since joining in 2007 as a Manufacturing Engineer, Ray has held key roles including Production Manager, Production Manager & DBSL, Operations Manager, and Shanghai Plant General Manager, with Salzburg added to his responsibilities in 2022. In his new role, Ray will drive progress by enhancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation across global operations. Based in Shanghai, his extensive background and strategic vision make him a vital asset to our leadership team.

Tracy Clarke

Vice President of Service

Tracy Clarke, Vice President of Service, brings over 30 years of experience in the laboratory and medical industry to Molecular Devices. With a remarkable 17-year tenure at Leica Biosystems, Tracy excels in building high-performing teams, managing complex projects, and driving continuous improvement. As Senior Director of Service at Leica, she led a team of 210 professionals, managed a $96M P&L, and consistently drove customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Tracy is committed to enhancing our customers’ experience, building service capabilities, fostering strong cross-functional relationships, and promoting an inclusive culture.

Tracy Clarke, holds a master’s degree in Veterinary Medical Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology & Cell Science from the University of Florida.
