Assure consistency and reliability with expert installation and validation services
Software installation services verify and document that required components are installed to operational specifications. Industry-leading SoftMax® Pro GxP Software is installed by our professional services team to verify these requirements are met.
In addition, our on-site SoftMax Pro GxP Software validation service supports FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EudraLex Annex 11 guidelines, and is conducted by a certified professional. Each step in the process will be carefully planned and executed to assure your lab’s compliance.
Label-free cell segmentation using artificial intelligence
Label-free cell analysis has several advantages over using fluorescent dyes because it allows cells to be examined without either fixing them or introducing genetic modifications. However, accurate and robust object segmentation – a critical step in an image analysis workflow – can be very difficult without labels. In this application note, we present a robust method for the segmentation of label-free cells using an artificial intelligence (AI)-based segmentation tool in IN Carta® Image Analysis Software.
HTRF detection can be challenging due to the optimization of instrument settings needed to meet assay requirements and detection limits. Learn more about the principles of HTRF assay technology, with example applications, as well as some of the challenges of HTRF detection and how to overcome them. Download our latest HTRF eBook to discover how you can:
Easily enable a wide variety of HTRF assays
Improve HTRF detection sensitivity with dedicated, validated microplate reader modules
Get fast and simple analysis with dedicated HTRF protocols in SoftMax® Pro Software
Leverage best-in-class colony picking technology to alleviate bottlenecks and quickly, accurately, and efficiently screen through massive genetic libraries. Fully automate colony picking workflows for DNA assembly, antibody discovery, and protein engineering while avoiding time-consuming and subjective manual processes.
QPix® Microbial Colony Pickers combine intelligent image analysis with precise automation for fast and efficient screening of large libraries. With a variety of data tracking and assay tools, the QPix Software streamlines the control and management of complex and iterative processes.
Listen to the latest episode of Drug Target Review’s podcast in association with Molecular Devices. Editor Victoria Rees speaks with Dr Carter Mitchell, Chief Science Officer at Kemp Proteins and Dr Sharath Madasu, Manager of Protein Characterization at Kemp Proteins about the use of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against SARS-CoV-2.
The speakers dive into the ways in which mAb development workflows have recently evolved, including in response to emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants.
The mechanism of action of SARS-CoV-2-neutralising mAbs
How the pandemic has advanced and accelerated the development of mAbs
Where the biggest challenges and bottlenecks lie for mAb development
How to accelerate mAb discovery and development and the role of automation
What the future of SARS-CoV-2 treatment will look like
